Please read these terms carefully before using our consulting services in asset management and technical equipment optimization.
WorkspacebyVari offers consulting services in the logistical management of fixed assets, including the evaluation of technical furniture depreciation, operational leasing strategies, and overhead cost control for large-scale corporate workspaces. Services are provided according to the detailed description in the commercial offer agreed upon by the parties.
The Client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information regarding assets and technical equipment. WorkspacebyVari undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting data confidentiality. Any operational leasing recommendation or cost strategy is based on objective analyses, without constituting a guarantee of financial results.
WorkspacebyVari is not liable for indirect losses, damages, or unrealized profits resulting from the application of our recommendations. The total liability of WorkspacebyVari for any claim is limited to the value of services paid by the client in the last 12 months. We do not provide implied warranties regarding the accuracy of financial projections or estimated savings.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the service contract with a 30-day notice, by written notification to the email address info@workspacebyvari.com. In the event of non-fulfillment of payment obligations or breach of confidentiality, Workspacebyvari may immediately suspend access to services, without notice.
WorkspacebyVari reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modification will be communicated to clients at least 15 days before its entry into force, by email to the address associated with the account. Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
